  The breakfast had very good choices and everything was very good. The hot food was plentiful and the eating area was clean.The room was clean and the beds comfy. They also offered coffee and tea 24/7 and milk and fresh baked cookies at 8 pm.   Your staff. I had to leave my car in the parking lot and the keys at the front desk until my wife came and picked up the car. It may be a small thing for your staff to do but it was a relief that my car was safe.   I liked the fact that it was conveniently located right alongside ny Route 87 that we happened to be traveling. Great location: across the street from St. Michael's College and just a few minutes by car to downtown Burlington. - excellent staff goes extra mile, great location ea sy access to all area, plenty of space to relax, kitchen so did not have to buy all meals out
