  The breakfast had very good choices and everything was very good. The hot food was plentiful and the eating area was clean.The room was clean and the beds comfy. They also offered coffee and tea 24/7 and milk and fresh baked cookies at 8 pm. It was a very homey touch and proved to be quite popular with the guests. - Shuttle/driver was fantastic... wat mensen zeggen » , made it feel like we were right downtown at half the price. Booked for a bachelor party(as a stop over on our way to Montreal) and we didn't have to worry about driving once. They also recommended great breweries, restaurants, and nightlife.

  Your staff. I had to leave my car in the parking lot and the keys at the front desk until my wife came and picked up the car. It may be a small thing for your staff to do but it was a relief that my car was safe.   I liked the fact that it was conveniently located right alongside ny Route 87 that we happened to be traveling. There were restaurants and other amenities located close by so we could stop for the night without running all over to eat and re-charge before resuming travel the next day. - I had low expectations considering how inexpensive the room ... wat mensen zeggen » rates were,but we were pleasantly surprised with the staff,cleanliness of the room and all the extras.This was on par with more expensive hotels that we have stayed at previously.Very impressive!

  The helpfulness was amazing..we arrived by motorcycle..it was starting to rain...I Had reserved the wrong nite..they were full..desk clerk called manager to get authorization to release a room kept for emergency s ..we were very impressed as other people had been turned away...I Guess being wet and tired was enough of an emergency..VERY Impressed ... wat mensen zeggen » and thankful - cleanliness of room, linoleum floor, price, parking, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, quickness of heat in room and ability to regulate it, wifi (though I didn't know this when I reserved room and didn't bring my laptop), location- very close to Fletcher-Allen hospital and downtown Burlington

  Reception staff, showed concern (I am disabled, but had also had a minor accident a few days earlier and was in some discomfort). The waitress at breakfast was wonderful. She treated us like we were regulars/old friends. The breakfast menu was a welcome change from other mundane Holiday Inn 'buffet' breakfasts and there were no signs of 'throwawa... wat mensen zeggen » y' crockery and cutlery - the the 'real deal'. Altogether - a very pleasnt overnight stay. - This is a basic Holiday Inn - reasonably clean and comfortable, with the usual Holiday Inn amenities. Nothing to get excited about, just a good comfortable room at a fair price. The restaurant food is nothing special, but the wait staff were very friendly and attentive. Nice equipment in the exercise room.
