Hotel is very nice, love the historic feel. Also love the central
location downtown- lots to do within walking distance. Liked that there
were shops adjoined to the hotel. Breakfast in the room was very good as
well- served hot, which is great. -

It's very beautiful, very clean, the staff was very friendly, except
when checking out the next morning, I complained about the noise most of
the night, she didn't seem to concern, and had nothing to say to me,
I was in room 502 inside room, I suggested that you should let people

The staff was so accommodating from the moment we got out of our car at the valet parking! When we walked into our room we loved it. So clean, very comfortable bed and very uniquely decorated. Very nice to actually have 2 FREE bottles of water in our room! Very interesting random tiles on the bathroom walls. It was fun looking at the tiles and

The hotel is unique, fabulous and immaculate! The staff was courteous, friendly and you got the feeling they really want you to have a wonderful experience during your stay. Excellent customer service from Front Desk to Housekeeping! The person who helped us with our bags, Leon, when we checked in and when we checked out was simply the best!
