  We loved the welcome we received. We were made to feel at home right from the start. Tracy poured us both a huge glass of wine and that set the scene for a wonderful stay. Everything was spotless. The staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. Complimentary cheese and wine to start your evening, and a simple, tasty breakfast in the morning. We stayed in Room 4 (one of the smallest rooms on the upper floor with the slanted ceiling) and it was more than enough room for two people. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. I looked at a lot of B&Bs in Carmel and this was more affordable than most. Also, it's only two blocks from the beach and at night you can

  We celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary. Room was very nice and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly. So nice to be close to all downtown shopping and especially liked the grocery story so close. Quite and very lovely place to stay. - My friends stayed in the room with the fireplace, so cosy looking and exceptional if you like cotta... ce que les gens disent » ge-style. We arrived very late, not easy to locate in the dark but we managed. Staff left us the keys in an envelope and welcome note. How quaint!

He did let us know the room was going to be a little smaller, but a lot nicer. He was right about the size.   Nice quiet and relaxing place to stay. Great location to walk into town. Owners were very helpful. - Very quiet,able to self cater to some extent given microwave and fridge.It is very handy, with a car, for Carmel and the general area.
