  Hotel granted my request for a refrigerator. Room was clean and more spacious than I expected and the beds were comfortable. It was great being in walking distance to town with large choice of restaurants and shops. Also close to the entrance to Acadia Park. - Could book direct for a better rate. Hotel has great room for continental breakfast, clean and staffed making sure everything is stocked and working. Maid staff and front desk very friendly. Would definitely go back. - I was there for the mdi marathon. They moved up the breakfast so that they marathoners could still eat it. I thought that took some foresight and was very considerate. The location was excellent. I also liked the sheet that was handed out that told you favorite places in town. It was honestly a very good experience!

  We loved everything about the Robbins Motel! We stayed here for two nights and it was perfect for what we were looking for. We hiked all day at Acadia and this was a perfect place to come back to. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was just minutes away from Acadia National Park and all the shops and restaurants in Bar Harb... ce que les gens disent » or. But the friendly staff left a note on the door with our room number which was left unlocked for us. Allowing us to rest and check- in and pay in the morning. Very friendly and hospitable staff.

  Room very comfortable and large enough for a week's stay. Excellent bathroom, loved the long counter space, and nice closet. Nice breakfast offering every morning, saved time and money, but got a bit tedious, with the same thing each morning, but about as big a variety as possible for the circumstances. Loved the free bus stopping at the motel to go to town, that was a great plus! A warning - The Bar Harbor Motel provided everything we needed for our stay in Acadia National Park. It was close to the village of Bar Harbor but out of the hectic and crowded scene there. We could get into the park without having to go through downtown. There was a light breakfast fine for our needs, good TV, a very nice restaurant and brew pub right next door, with prime steak specials each night as well as good local brews on tap and a full bar (the Jack Russell Steakhouse).   The breakfast was terrific. Many items to choose from including omlettes, sausage, waffles, cereals, fruit, yogurt and Danish. There was plenty of everything and the breakfast staff were very nice and friendly. The front desk was very friendly and informative. I had a problem with my baggage getting delayed and the staff on each shift jumped right in to help us track it and kept us informed while we went out. Tina even volunteered to call the airline!   It was removed from Bar Harbor central yet 5 minutes away. Quiet with awesome views. Hiedi was informative, pleasant and willing to assist. - The maid created new towel art for our bed each day. Fun to come back and see what she hsd created. View from our balcony was gorgeous.
