  Excellent location for a short walk to the beach, also only a short ride to the outlets in Kittery 30 minutes and the Marginal way in Ogunquit, 45 minutes. Great staff,they were courteous and friendly and made you feel welcomed, The rooms and the grounds were kept very clean. - everything, The staff was awesome, we had a problem arise with our ac... lo que la gente dice » unit. there was a new ac with in one hour, no questions asked. the entire staff was great. the location was one block from the beach. We will continue to stay there when ever we go up the Hampton Beach.

  I love the service, great employees! I love how the location was in the middle of Hampton beach, legit 1 second walk away from the beach. Atlantic Sands has a convenience store, so if you run out of drinks you know where to go. The bars are not that far if your looking for a good time. Right in the middle of ocean blvd. Perfect location for walking to everything you need. The view from our balcony was beautiful. Ocean, sand and excellent people watching. We had the motorcycle parking spots directly across the street, so we got to watch all the custom Harleys all day!
