Excellent location for a short walk to the beach, also only a short ride to the outlets in Kittery 30 minutes and the Marginal way in Ogunquit, 45 minutes. Great staff,they were courteous and friendly and made you feel welcomed, The rooms and the grounds were kept very clean. -

The location was great, in the quieter area of Hampton Beach. It was perfect being so close to the beach! The room was clean and there was a great view of the beach from our balcony facing the ocean. Fantastic restaurant right next door was very convenient.

accommodating. The room was spacious & clean & the ac worked
well. The kitchenette was a bonus to have also. -
The courtyard with the grills was really nice! It was a solid hotel for what we needed it for (changing from beach clothes to night club clothes and sleeping).
