The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very
comfortable and clean. I had forgotten that our room had a full mini-
kitchen (refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave) so that was a nice

Staff were very professional and provided good service. Breakfast was very good and the sweet lady making the waffle was wonderful! Was worried about the street noise, but did not hear it at all and our room as only metres away.
Friend forgot his reading glasses and the hotel called as soon as they were found.

When we checked in Angela at the front desk was so very helpful. Because
we are in our 80's she was offering us a room on the first floor so
we would not have to worry with elevators but we chose to be higher so
we could use the balcony and watch the ocean. She let us go and look at

I love the condo, it was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed in 206H. The patio was not very clean, but did enjoy the ducks from the inside. Pool was nice, did not get to enjoy the Lazy river due to a foot break while staying here. I would recommend. It is a nice place to just get away and you don't have the bustle of all

Love the units. Spacious and has everything you could need. Kiddie pool
and lazy river are great for the little ones and big pool good for older
kids. Both pools have hot tub for mommies and daddies and always plenty
of seating and tables. Staff is very accomodating. I have searched all
over the east coast and this is by far the best value...big family
looking for lots of space? Privacy for parents (master suite) and
separate bathroom for the kids? Look no more! We have stayed here 4
times and

Everything was amazing. Housekeeping was good! There was a pool (indoor and outside) a hot tub, a lazy river a bar, and it's right on the beach. Perfect stay. My fiancé and I have already discussed our stay next summer and we are choosing best western again. I was a little skeptical at first but I enjoyed my stay :-) -

How clean everything was, you can tell that is important to them. How
safe it seemed to be. We were there off season so it might not be the
same when crowded. I liked being close to stores and the Sky Wheel.

the location was great --only a short distance from the convention center where I attended a convention for two days. also right on the boardwalk and just off hwy 17 which is the main road. A short distance to the airport. Free parking and great breakfast buffet. We had the ocean front suite which was quite spacious. This would be a great room for families as it has fridge, micro, stove-fully equipped kitchenette.

The location of the hotel was great. It was not in the middle of the busy part of Myrtle Beach. The pools were nice and having the parking deck attached to hotel was nice since it was raining part of our trip. Staff was nice and rooms and hotel was clean and up to date.

The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. We had originally been booked in a "pet building", I don't know how, we don't even have a pet. After spending one night listening to dogs barking and whining we requested to be moved to another room and a wonderful room was found for us on the 5th floor of another building. This was our first time at Springmaid Resort. It was a very pleasurable stay. The accomdations were all that we could have asked for. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They made us feel that they truly cared that we had a good experience at their resort. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

The apartment was great! Plenty of room and we really liked the washer/dryer addition along with all the furnishings. Having a TV in the bedrooms and the living room was very nice. -
Glad it had elevator since we were on 3rd floor. Room was clean. People above us were loud at times.

The location was perfect, just steps to the beach. Multiple children's pools and splash pools for smaller children. The pools were in an open air covered area as well as outdoors without cover. Facilities were not new or terribly modern, but they were consistent and
reliable. Maid was always sure to replace all of our towels daily.
Location was very good and a great value for the money. Liked the
variety of pools/hottubs, although several of the outdoor pools were
closed and needed desperate attention (even though it was cold that week
and the pools weren't being used heavily) Beds were comfortable and
kitchen was a nice feature to have.
