This Inn is a real gem across the board.
Tracy, the owner, is First Class and on premise to ensure that her Inn is as well.
The facilities have all been recently renovated and it is clear that quality was the primary concern throughout.
The room we were in was lovely, well-sized, and quiet.
Breakfast was included, and generous.
Throughout our stay, Tracy and her colleagues were most concerned that we had a wonderful and relaxing visit with them.
We did !

Everything was very nice. It is a very charming hotel. Unfortunately, our room appeared to be facing a wall of some type (frosted-type windows prevented us from actually seeing the potential eyesore and added to the charm of the room) but I booked very soon to the date of our trip and was extremely happy with the room. -

This hotel is in a great location if you are visiting the area near Hampton Beach. Our room had a nice view out over the sea. The room was very comfortable and clean with great facilities. The view from our balcony. The prompt service we got when our TV wouldn't work. The beach was a short walk away. We were close to everything we wanted to do. We were also allowed to leave our truck in the parking area while we walked on the beach on check out day. A wonderful and unforgettable experience that will definitely bring us back to the Atlantic Breeze again.

Fresh, new, modern decor. The room looked way better than the photos shown on line. I was unable to get a room during 4th of July weekend at a place next to the casino ballroom where my friends were staying. I was VERY happy that I stayed at Jonathan's instead. the bed had a memory foam topper and it was wicked comfy. My room faced the salt marsh and it was very quiet. I will absolutely stay again.

This was a spur of the moment one night get away for my husband and I. I was thrilled to find an opening on July 2-3rd at an affordable price. The clerk was very friendly, and did his best to accommodate our needs. The room was clean, and nicely decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast was great in the morning.

My air conditioner broke in the middle of the night and when I reported it I was told that they had 24 hour onsite maintenance. I went to dinner and when i came back I had a new air conditioner. -

Excellent location for a short walk to the beach, also only a short ride to the outlets in Kittery 30 minutes and the Marginal way in Ogunquit, 45 minutes. Great staff,they were courteous and friendly and made you feel welcomed, The rooms and the grounds were kept very clean. -
