  Excellent location for a short walk to the beach, also only a short ride to the outlets in Kittery 30 minutes and the Marginal way in Ogunquit, 45 minutes.   Very friendly staff. Loved my room as it stated balcony with partial view but I had a great view of the ocean and boardwalk. My air conditioner broke in the middle of the night and when I reported it I was told that they had 24 hour onsite maintenance. I was thrilled to find an opening on July 2-3rd at an affordable price. The clerk was very friendly, and did his best to accommodate our needs.   This hotel is in a great location if you are visiting the area near Hampton Beach. Our room had a nice view out over the sea. The room was very comfortable and clean with great facilities. Would recommend this hotel and stay here again. - The view from our balcony. The prompt service we got when our TV wouldn't work. The beach was a short walk away. We were close to everything we wanted to do. We were also allowed to leave our truck in the parking area while we walked on the beach on check out day. A wonderful and unforgettable experience that will definitely bring us back to the Atlantic Breeze again.

  It was very reasonably priced for the location just a block from the beach and entertainment. It was clean and had a fridge and microwave. Nothing fancy, your typical older functional motel room but it served the purpose well for the money and location.   I absolutely loved everything about this place by far the best motel/hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was gorgeous with a nice deck that had an ocean view, a romantic little fireplace and a nice flat screen T.v mounted to the wall. The bed was large and comfortable and there was a really nice leather couch to sit on the room as well. The bathroom was spacious and very clean and there were plen - Fresh, new, modern decor. The room looked way better than the photos shown on line. I was unable to get a room during 4th of July weekend at a place next to the casino ballroom where my friends were staying. I was VERY happy that I stayed at Jonathan's instead. the bed had a memory foam topper and it was wicked comfy. My room faced the salt marsh and it was very quiet. I will absolutely stay again.

  I love the service, great employees! I love how the location was in the middle of Hampton beach, legit 1 second walk away from the beach. Atlantic Sands has a convenience store, so if you run out of drinks you know where to go. The bars are not that far if your looking for a good time. Right in the middle of ocean blvd. Perfect location for walking to everything you need. The view from our balcony was beautiful. Ocean, sand and excellent people watching. We had the motorcycle parking spots directly across the street, so we got to watch all the custom Harleys all day!

  The Victoria Inn was very quiet. The room was cosy with a very comfortable bed and we slept well. The bathroom was very large with a whirlpool bath, overhead shower and good amenities. We loved this sealine and stopped off at the end of our trip for a second beach walk. - This Inn is a real gem across the board. Tracy, the owner, is First Class and on premise to ensure that her Inn is as well. The facilities have all been recently renovated and it is clear that quality was the primary concern throughout. The room we were in was lovely, well-sized, and quiet. Breakfast was included, and generous. Throughout our stay, Tracy and her colleagues were most concerned that we had a wonderful and relaxing visit with them. We did !
