Room met our needs. Air conditioning, pool, and decent beds. The owner and staff were very accommodating. Let us check out an hour late and then use the pool and parking our car for the entire day. The women at the front desk was a very pleasant person. When I entered the room I wasn't expecting a kitchenette for how little I paid, so I was surprised. It was worth it. The people are so nice and helpful with our family needs.

I arrived in the middle of a soaking rain storm and she allowed me to check in one hour early to get us off the street. Even assisted with securing a parking space. Pool was good though I spend much of my time on the beach and boardwalk. The location. 2 blocks from the boardwalk, 1 block from the downtown area. Free parking and wi-fi. The bed linens and fridge were brand new. Staff was very nice. The owner was very nice and pleasant. She did take care of the needs we asked for. Near the wallboard. Location. clean. Only positives were the hostess at check-in was nice and only 2 blocks from boardwalk. It was close to the boardwalk and price was good. availability. Nothing. The other guest that were always in the way of the walk way and the stairs. They were polite and moved but they were always in the way. You get what you pay for, there is nothing I can say I didn't like. Its a Motel and you can expect a Motel. If you want luxury try the Plaza hotel in Manhattan or a Hyatt. The bathroom was old, the shower floor was cracked and the bathroom sink leaked. We didn't complain, we only stayed one night. It was no frills. They need a full length mirror in the bedroom along with a clock and 2nd bedside table. It was very tight and they also need a small table in the room to eat. There were no shelves to put anything on. The room was totally different as we see in the pictures The bath room door with holes In general there's no maintenance old furniture The swimming pool nasty the water was green Well for $171 I deserved better. letsbookhotel.com said we would get a room with two queen beds and we had two double beds. When it rained, they had to put towels at the bottom of our door to keep the rain out of the room. When I first arrived at the motel, I waited about 20 minutes and no one came to the front counter; I left and when I came back, someone was there. more attention the gees. Stains on sheets, messed up front door lock, musty damp smell, continuous hot water leaks in bathroom sink and tub, broken bathroom window that wouldn't shut, inadequate water pressure in shower, tub slippery because anti-slip stickons were old. Motel was probably nice in the 50's but not today. Rooms were very small and beds were uncomfortable. run down, old, small rooms, leaky fridge. expensive for what we got. The whole works. Mouse glue traps on the stove and kitchen floor , no mirrors, leaky faucet ,poor lighting,no privacy ,holes in walls ,no closets for 3 people and one dresser, had to park 4 blocks away most of the time,manager had dogs and cats in her room ,however there was a no pet policy,etc.
