The room is clean and towels are folded stylishly. Breakfast was great,
it included chocolate muffin, blueberry muffin, waffles, 4 kinds of
cereal, pastries, coffee/juice, bread, bagel. The room itself is
also very comfortable. I think the room is pretty sound-proof. Bed and
blankets are also comfortable and clean. Its worth the money and the
stay was great! Would come back again if I visit Monterey. The location
is very closed to Carmel, 17 mile drive.

i loved everything. i grew up in monterey county and moved to san luis obispo county. everytime i go up north i stay there and i would recommend it. the staff are super nice, friendly, and easy-going. some places i've stayed at they were rude and acted as if they want you to leave. here they act like they are happy to have you stay. its quiet, clean, and really affordable.

Their location is right on a beautiful beach with uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean - it's fantastic! The hotel is also well designed to allow views and access to the ocean all throughout the facility.
This Best Western truly takes advantage of its prime location.
Also it is very conveniently located right off the Highway 1, and is just outside of Monterey so the beach is primarily for hotel guests!

Great value for the money. The AC in the room worked like a charm and cooled the room down real quickly. Motel is located in a relatively quiet area of Monterey, no problems getting in or out, checking in and out was a cinch. The owners are also very friendly people.

Loved the kitchenette! It didn't come stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. but you could come prepared & bring your own. Fridge was a good size; microwave a plus! Also nice to have a coffee machine in the room even though you can get some in the morning from the free breakfast, which is always nice. I will buy one of those waffle irons some day! The pool is a great temperature.

It is a classical american Motel. I got a clean room, a clean good bed and a clean bathroom. In the room there was also a small fridge.It was quiet and I slept well. parking lot, so it was very quiet. I actually had one of the best
nights' sleep I've ever had in a hotel! It was so affordable,

Honestly, the value was great and it served it's purpose. - Oakhurst is a very good location from which to explore the southern part of Yosemite and Bass lake country. The hotel is conveniently located and fair in all respects, no surprises in either direction.
