  The room was very clean and had been updated. It was obvious that the owner took pride in keeping the facility well-kept. We would stay there again if we should... what people say » ever go to the Monterey area. - i loved everything. i grew up in monterey county and moved to san luis obispo county. everytime i go up north i stay there and i would recommend it. the staff are super nice, friendly, and easy-going. some places i've stayed at they were rude and acted as if they want you to leave. here they act like they are happy to have you stay. its quiet, clean, and really affordable.

The owner/operator was very attentive, and even boiled water for me in his own kitchen and brought it out. We will definitely come back every time we visit the area.
