After a day on the town, you then sleep on the "Sleep in heavenly Peace," - Hotel is amazingly clean, right in middle of strip walking distance to Starbucks and a number of restaurants. Service is amazing! Free breakfast, good coffee in lobby. Santa comes Thurs and Sat night for kids. Cookies and milk every night. Everything in Pigeon Forge has a gimmick so don't pass on this just because of Xmas theme. I would stay here for relaxing, mountain trip, business but family trip is a must.   This hotel was the first hotel that I've stayed in that when I walked in the room it was a clean smell. The bed was comfortable, the location was in a great place, the breakfast was delicious, and the over all thing was that the hotel was clean. If I needed anything the staff was there.   Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable & the pillows were AMAZING! Even though we weren't traveling with pets, I did like the fact that we saw 3 dogs during our one night stay. Complimentary popcorn & drinks until 10 made my 5 year old son's night! Having the indoor pool also made this the coolest hotel he's ever stayed in! The staff at this hotel, from front desk to housekeeping, all had amazing customer service skills. They were all professional, polite and probably some of the nicest staff I have ever dealt with in a hotel.
