  The setting a Opryland is just phenomonal. The price is really not badwhen you consider what you stay in and the availability of shopping,restaurants and lush grounds all available in ac. I felt like the foodwas improved from our last stay two years ago. - everyone was very courteous.. the hotel was beautiful

  Everything - spacious rooms - beautiful pool and gym facilities - great dining room and breakfast. - very friendly staff who were very helpful and welcoming.they gave us a club level room with breakfast and evening meal for two days as it was our honeymoon. room was large and very comfortable. would definitely recommend this hotel.

  The manager responded to the inoperable in-room movies by providing us with a complimentary breakfast. The buffet breakfast was amazing! The pool area is very family friendly with two indoor slides. The lobby area is very warm, yet expansive. The views from the balconies are fantastic, especially the higher floors.   I loved the valet service, they were all so pleasant and friendly. I also loved the location of the hotel to the main strip on Broadway St, very convenient. - The location was excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a nice addition and the room was of a good size.

The staff at this hotel, from front desk to housekeeping, all had amazing customer service skills. They were all professional, polite and probably some of the nicest staff I have ever dealt with in a hotel.   The rustic setting was great. The unit was well built. It's close to Gatlinburg, but not too close (about 10 miles away, a short drive) and is adjacent to Smoky Mtn Natl Park. We were impressed at the cleanliness.
