The rustic setting was great. The unit was well built. It's close to Gatlinburg, but not too close (about 10 miles away, a short drive) and is adjacent to Smoky Mtn Natl Park. We were impressed at the cleanliness. Watched for bears; didn't see any. :) Minor maintenance problems; burned out light bulbs, a problem with the overhead fan switch. Nothing serious.
