  Thank you sooooo very much. I had to cancel the first night's stay. I booked with you and everyone else was jealous of my room rate. I asked the Gentleman from India for a cot for my daughter and it arrived at my room before I did. He gave me a menu to order pizza just as I mentioned to my family that we should order something. Thank you. - Everything had a touch of class, from the person at the desk to the quietness of the elevators, to the room appointments. The person attending the breakfast (which had waffles to granola, fresh fruit) was like a dancer, efficient movements, never in the way, cleaning and restocking. I will stay here again--easy access to the city center and the interstates.

  Courteous staff ready to assist with every request. Very comfortable room. Wonderful breakfast included. Easy off / on access to the interstate. Cookies were great too. - Staff/owner very friendly and informative. Near downtown and eased to get to Gran Ole Opry and hotel Gaylord Opryland. A must see.

  I thought it was new, modern and very clean. The staff was always really friendly. We had never been to Nashville before and didn't want to spend our money on an expensive hotel downtown.   My fiancé and I stayed in the Comfort Inn Downtown in Nashville had a brilliant stay. Although it is around 10 minutes walk into the main streets, we found this to be to our liking and loved the quiet location. It was walking distance to downtown (we walk a lot), the breakfast area and options were excellent, the pool was clean, comfortable bed and staff excellent. We had an issue with a bathroom light and they came and replaced it within an hour! Great price and perfect for budget watchers!

  Everything was great the food was excellent and the lounge was very inviting and cheap drinks. Staff was polite except for one front desk person. The shuttle to and from downtown Nashville was a huge help, although we did have to use a cab a few times because of traffic put the drivers behind when they had to do airport pick ups. I would also lilke to say the police officers working the parking lot - We thought the hotel was about the best bang for your buck around! While it is not within walking distance to the city, the free shuttle that ran every 30 minutes or so dropped you anywhere. Staff was pleasant, room was clean & comfy, and the breakfast was yummy.

  We liked the comfort of the beds, the room cleanliness, and the staff was very nice and accomodating. Plus they paid attention to our special instructions before we got there. The location was excellent for those wanting to be close to downtown Gaitlinburg and to Dollywood. I would stay there again for sure. - We liked the spacious king bedroom with the Jacuzzi, the jacuzzi. In our room was great, everything is in walking distance so no driving is necessary, and the pool was clean and fitness center was clean.

Very pretty overall in design and landscaping with courtyard pool and flowers and umbrellas and a gazebo - just a pleasant place to spend a couple of days while my husband was in meetings. We had one problem-there was a little bit of mold in our bathroom above the shower due to poor ventilation in that room. I expressed my concern because I was wheezing and they moved us immediately to another room. We had a great rest of the stay. I would stay there again. It was clean and the pillow we awesome!!!

  This facility had just been fully remodeled. If it wasn't for outside (which was fine) you would have thought it was a new hotel. Was perfectly clean/new and lush.
