I thought it was new, modern and very clean. The staff was always really friendly. We had never been to Nashville before and didn't want to spend our money on an expensive hotel downtown. We drove in and had a car and could not have been more pleased with the hotel along with the closeness to the city. The hotel was right off the Interstate, very convenient. We arrived to Nashville about 10:15pm without any reservations. We booked through letsbookhotel.com while in the parking lot! Our room was large, clean, and inviting. Our desk clerk, Deidre, was awesome in handling a minor snafu on check-in.

It was a decent place with close proximity to both the airport (handy when you're tired from a trip) and stores, restaurants, and bus lines. Staff very friendly. Convenient to the airport. No dislikes at all. Hard to get in and out of parking lot . Door in bath room hit the toilet when you opened it. Breakfast wasn't great (not nasty just not anything noteworthy). The stainless steel toilet paper stand was rusted and corroded which took away from the overall cleanliness of the bathroom. No dislikes at all. the breakfast was not that great...needed more selection and variety..also rooms should have safes in them for the customers. Beds were not true queen size. Bathroom was extremely small. no pool. Very dishonest! I had a pet in room! Did not know it was not ok! They lied saying I left something in the room and wanted my address! They wanted to send a bill! I confronted and they lied more!. The shower flow could have been a little more. It came out way to soft and was hard to clean the soap off. Requested room on first floor. Starting at 3:00 am, doors banging, help whistling, loud talking, and "beeping". This lasted till 6:00 am. Complained to male employee in hallway with no result. It was too far away from our activities. This is not the hotel's fault, but in order to get a decent price, we had to go further out than we wanted. Outside was not appealing. Limited parking and there were no mirrors in room, just in bathroom. The staff was not friendly, the hotel had an odor, the grounds needed cleaning, the elevators were super slow, the booking was HORRENDOUS!. Parking very cramped ! No good restaurants with-in walking distance of hotel. Bed too high and hard!. The sleeper sofa was a torture device to sleep on, You could feel every spring just by running your hand over it. Remodeling was done but not completed well in anyone's eyes. Cannot use toilet and leave bathroom door open to hear phone or television. Wallpaper in first room, 517, not only was coming off but moldy behind drape. Room 412 on the next stay was so noisy and the fire alarm went off during the night too! Driving miss daisy was the shuttle service from the airport and the van was filthy, uphostry on bench seat was all torn up, no handle to get into the van. Carpet, sheets, blankets felt damp. hygiene inside and outside the hotel is very poor. Lot of eye soar. The breakfast lacks quality. Its one of the worst hotel I ever stayed at that price!. Room was a motel room not a suite. It was well worn facility. Parking poor. Very poor value. Never stay at one of these again. Horrible state of disrepair. Desperate need of gut renovation. Unable access the Internet for 3 days/2 nights (Very frustrate). No English substitute on TV. Not TTY or videophone for the deaf. Not flash fire alarm. Lump on table is not working. Unaccept my AAA membership card for discount. Room is not cleaning, somewhere has mold, etc. Free breakfast offers pork saugauges but my family cannot eat pork. Breakfast should offer meat options like turkey, chicken, or beef. Two-nights room r not reasonable prices.
