We liked the comfort of the beds, the room cleanliness, and the staff was very nice and accomodating. Plus they paid attention to our special instructions before we got there. The location was excellent for those wanting to be close to downtown Gaitlinburg and to Dollywood. The price for this hotel was pretty good in comparison to others around it of similar quality. I would stay there again for sure.
all reviews » We liked the spacious king bedroom with the Jacuzzi, the jacuzzi. In our room was great, everything is in walking distance so no driving is necessary, and the pool was clean and fitness center was clean. Liked the pool, spa and lazy river. Very relaxing. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice. Greeted by friendly staff. The hotel was close to shopping and interests in the city. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, close to the places we like. We usually stay in local cabins, but will definitely come back to sleep inn. Thanks for having us. After real bad experience we had with the receptionist at our arrival, we decided to cancel and leave, but, hotel Cleanliness, Great Location, and Warm Welcoming faces of Other Staff, made us stay, and...we enjoyed our stay. I liked that it was down town and close to everything. Friendly people and breakfast. Pool and hot tub. Location. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. The waffles and juices were decent, but The bread (bagels), cereal choices and pastries were not high qualilty or of a variety. It didn't give us a lot of options to choose from. We were planning on eating breakfast there to help us save money, but that didn't work out. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The pressure of the water was horrible compared to what I'm use to. It took a couple minutes to fill the jacuzzi. Low water pressure, and unfriendly guests... that no one could please. little farther from strip than anticipated. Pool chairs broken. Need more Lazy river tubes. The view from the room. Our window looked out onto a wall of the adjoining building. Room seemed very small. The pool area was nice but there were very few chairs (only 3 that we counted). pool area could have been a bit warmer and more seating. It was just a little bit too far for walking into town. We did walk to town once but took the trolley back to the hotel. It wasn't a 5 min walk to town like the details stated. It could have been more updated, hard bed, black mold in bathroom, just felt like it could have been scrubbed down better. The hot tub wasnt all that hot... Pool was cold but the lazy river was nice and warm. People before us took the safe key and we didn't have use of the safe. 2 outlets were loose and would not charge i phones , room 215 ,. rent two rooms one was ready at three. the other wasn't ready till after four o'clock. The receptionist at the desk was the most rude person, instead of welcoming his rude comments and behavior put a terrible impression on all of us. We even thought to cancel and go somewhere else, but we thought we give the hotel another chance. I hated walking up and down the steep hill. Also our room was by the elevator and noisy. Smell of old stale smoke steps very dirty pictures are a little deceiving it is not as nice as it appears. Shower took 12 minutes to drain Toilet was leaking. The highspeed wireless internet was slower than old dialup internet. Told the staff repeatedly about it and nothing done to fix it. It took over 10 mins just to load their login page to sign in and then would disconnect you every few minutes. dirty carpet in my room and floor on 5th phone rang at night fridge was noisy low water pressure in tap.
