  The rooms are a good size and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you have children, you cannot beat this hotel!   It was a very enjoyable stay. Room was nice, beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The staff were very professional and very polite. The restaurant was also very well run with superb food. The only complaint we had was that the jets in the hot tub were not working, if that's anything to complain about!!   From the minute we walked in the door to the minute we left everything was excellent. There was a problem with the charges on my credit card and the manager made sure it was fixed. Everyone was very friendly, facility was clean, beds were very comfortable, shower was wonderful. Very quiet. We were right across from the elevators and the ice machin... what people say » e was on an adjoining wall and we didn't hear either one of them. Will definitely stay here again! - beautiful, clean and very comfortable accomodations. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for tennis locations which was our destination for the weekend. Restaurant offered a delicious variety of breakfast entrees that we absolutely loved! Thank you and we will be staying with you again.

  The room was very Victorian and decorated very nice. The sheets were like silk and the bed very comfortable. Meeting the owner and seeing pictures of the condemned building and the after renovation pictures of their beautiful hotel was a joy. I liked the towels so much I bought some with the hotel name embossed on them. - I loved how they went ab... what people say » ove and beyond to make this a special trip for my husband and I. The claw foot tub in the room was beautiful. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The room was clean and gorgeous. We will definitely stay again!

  Very well decorated. Very Clean. Looked like a much more expensive hotel. The attached Red Rossa Restaurant's food was very good. They told us they made their own sauce each day. - We raelly liked it because there was good staff and it was very clean.Also we really liked the breaktfeast and the courtyard and the Italian reasturant.
