  The whole experience, albeit just for one night, was comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful when asking about getting to Mt. Rushmore. I would recommend it anytime. - Location was wonderful, right down town Keystone. Made it easy to go with the family. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and kind.

  We upgraded to a small suite when we got there so that we could have a view of Mt. Rushmore and a balcony. It was worth the money and very accommodating. The hotel was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Keystone and a short drive to the monument.   there is alot to do and see in the area. we saw alot of things from the location. we ate numerous times at the resturant, the food was always excellent as well as the employees. the prime rib was out of this world.Matt the maintenance man was very pleasent and helpfull. please thank him for repairing our door lock.all the staff was cheerful and he... what people say » lpfull. good work. we will recommend the gulch to anyone who tell us they are going to deadwood. Jon & Linda. Minnetonka, Minnesota - So close to downtown without being right in it. Really good restaurant (Creekside) where we had the best food of our whole trip (oh those blueberry bbq ribs!). And the casino is well-run and laid back. All the staff from the desk to the waiter to the blackjack dealer were professional yet very friendly. Loved the river right off the restaurant deck.

  We were upgraded to a suite as the hotel was so busy, but had no trouble getting drinks at the bar or a table for breakfast, and no disturbing noises in the night. Lovely views of the Missouri and very friendly staff - every hotel should be like this! - Spacious room. Clean, staff very friendly, easy to find, view beautiful.
