  I was so amazed, I knew what they were suppose to look like, from the website. But it was exactly the same beautiful. I will come back, I will recommend to others, we travel quit a bit. We surprised our girls at checking when the front desk handed them their American Girl bags with a travel bed,pillow,blanket, and letter for the doll! We then went shopping at ag. They brought the girls milk and cookies upon return and we were concierge level so we enjoyed t - The staff were excellent. They went out of their way to provide for us in ways that were not required. For example, they provided us with a free breakfast even though we had not rented a room for which that came packaged. They also provided free internet in our rooms. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

Jennifer front desk staff was professional & helpful to me, carried my bag upstairs since I have a knee problem. - Restaurant and bar in hotel convenient. People where nice and friendly.   The hotel was very conveinent for my husbend and I. He had 2 days of intense testing in Cleveland Clinic. We were just close enough, that when we were done for the day. Hopped in the car and went straight to the hotel and rested up for the next day of testing. Plus get up at 6 am and grab a danish and coffee or juice, then be on our way. We will... what people say » stay at the same hotel the next time we have to come to Cleveland, which will be soon. - All of the staff were super friendly and very helpful. It was very quiet and we slept well. The price was excellent. We will definitely stay there again. We were there for my husband to have tests and appointments at Cleveland Clinic. It was a 15 min. drive to the clinic and we were told if we stay again we can get a discount for being there for appointments at Cleveland Clinic. Great!

I think it used to be a Residence Inn, so the accommodations were outstanding, but the lady at the front desk in particular and the rest of the staff were just the nicest and most helpful folks I have ever seen at a hotel in this price range.
