  We were in Cleveland for the Race for the Cure. Hotel wasn't far from anything we were planning on doing, before and after the race. The view was wonderful and staff was very friendly!! Will stay here again, next trip. - Beatiful place, nice room

  The staff was great, friendly. Had a nice breakfast Buffett in the morning for 9.95. Convenient. The pool was centrally located and nice. But the ladies at the hotel were wonderful, friendly and helped us with things to do and were to go! We will definitely stay here again! - Easily accessible location

  This hotel was wonderful!! We brought our girls in an overnight "American Girl" getaway. They have a package upgrade here that was fantastic! We surprised our girls at checking when the front desk handed them their American Girl bags with a travel bed,pillow,blanket, and letter for the doll! We then went shopping at ag. They brought the girls milk and cookies upon return and we were concierge level so we enjoyed t - The staff were excellent. They went out of their way to provide for us in ways that were not required. For example, they provided us with a free breakfast even though we had not rented a room for which that came packaged. They also provided free internet in our rooms. The staff were very attentive and friendly.
