  Pretty much everything was good about Hawthorn Suites. The room was large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We didn't have any problems so we can't comment on how these would have been dealt with - but I would have been very surprised if they hadn't dealt with them perfectly. - I lost a contact lens which the staff found.   Everything! I've stayed at a zillion places all over, and this was honestly one of the very best! I think it used to be a Residence Inn, so the accommodations were outstanding, but the lady at the front desk in particular and the rest of the staff were just the nicest and most helpful folks I have ever seen at a hotel in this price range.   Check in Staff was fantastic and we were able to check in a little bit early after a long flight. It was a quiet room for the most part which was important to us having our little boy spending time in the hospital and recovering. - The room was very clean and the bed was perfect.
