  The Hotel Staff was excellent .The shuttle driver Irene picked me up at the Airport and then went to the desk and checked me in . The desk called my room after checking in to make sure everything was ok with the room . The restaurant staff provided great service and was very freindly . I stay at hotels about 20 days a month for business and this h... what people say » otel staff was far exceptional compared to others . - I am not from the Columbus area. I asked a woman at the front desk about some good places to eat. She told us about the area around the Nationwide Arena. But she went one step further and printed out directions from the hotel to the downtown area. I thought this was extremely helpful and very nice.

  Kelvin was GREAT!! He was EXCEPTIONALLY NICE. He was the only friendly face and the only one who greeted us and asked if he could help with anything. No one else at reception or in the restaurant (and definitely not the valet people) was the least bit friendly or welcoming. Maybe I didn't tip them enough??   Staff was great, waterpark was really fun, but the chlorine levels are really toxic. I got a migraine from the fumes and the kids all had runny noses and red eyes- looked sickly after one day. Which is a shame be ause it's super fun! We opted to skip second day and go to cosi. The kids made this choice because of the chlorine which says a lot- kid... what people say » s love water especially after being cooped up all winter. Story time and complimentary milk and cookies were a great touch. Kids loved the arcade, bre - The water park was awesome and our son loved it. The ease of leaving a day early for family issues. Also liked that they had things planned for the children throughout the day.
