  Hotel room was clean & room was nice & dark to sleep. Jennifer front desk staff was professional & helpful to me, carried my bag upstairs since I have a knee problem. - Restaurant and bar in hotel convenient. People where nice and friendly. Just 3 exits from the business trip. Will stay there next year.

  It was a pleasant place after the trip from PA so late at night to pick up my daughter-in law. The beds were very comfortable and I really enjoyed your breakfast buffet-never saw one like yours before. Thank you very much - We stayed at four different economy hotels on this trip and the Ramada had the best continental breakfast.

  We liked the location,very close to kings island and the beach waterpark.we used the pool,which was clean and warm 86 degrees.we were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite at the same price when owner heard it was our aniversary! Also the bed was very comfy,the room clean and quiet.we will go back!

  I appreciated the smoke free smell of the room. I was surprised to get a ride from the airport by car and not a shuttle bus. I had a modest breakfast and the coffee was exceptionally good with real milk. I could have had a variety of things to eat but I was in a hurry for a long drive home. I thanked the manager on the way out for the great cof... what people say » fee. - The room with two king size beds was "WELL" worth the expense. Close to the airport, important for a whirlwind trip such as mine. Very accommodating staff.

  Although the room was very basic and everything seemed bit run-down, everything was clean. The staff at reception was friendly and accommodating. It was fine for a cheap one-night stay. - The person work in first night was extremely nice and helpful others were not
