  Booked this mostly because of the great rate (better than most others), but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and amenities. Great location, near Lola restaurant. Free breakfast (with table service), free wifi. Stayed on a Wednesday night, when there were free drinks and food at the managers reception.   Staff was friendly & efficient. After I booked the reservation, my wife read some of the negative reviews. The negativity was groundless. We have stayed at many places in Columbus at up to double the price. This was no better or worse than the others. - Room was very well maintained.   Outside clean, not weedy or trash or anything. Inside clean. Room clean. Bedding clean. Bathroom clean. Good breakfast (same food as everywhere else, but this was maintained hot). You could tell that the lady that did breakfast really enjoys her job even though it is such a menial task. Bed was comfortable. - The staff was exceptionally friendly. You could not have better staff working there. They went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable and to answer all questions.
