  Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was so much better than I expected, better than most hotels I have stayed at in New York for less the half the price. It was great to be so close to Chelsea, East Village, West Village and Greenwich village. I will definately stay there again on my next visit! - Excellent. Easy to find, easy to get in and out of. Everything was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was good. I've had better, I've had worse.   For 79 dollars I did not expect much, but actually the room was fine. Clean and somewhat updated. Large flat-screen and tons of channels. I have paid double and the rooms are no better. Also, plenty of free parking. - Front reception Elisabeth was a God send when I had problems with my reservations and later locked my keys in the car.

  The location was excellent. the front desk starting with Christian, he always explianed how to get to our destination and he even wrote directions and marked on the map. i needed an extra room and he was always accomodating. Joshua, he was always nice with my parents especially speaking spanish to them as they were senior citizens, I was picking on... what people say » him calling him Jacobs and still never complained. Thomas, he was also able to take care of my parents and he never hesitated to make our stay memora - We enjoyed our stay ,Staff was friendly & very accomodating,Bed was extremely comfortable ..& there were no surprises..The room was exactly what it said.. yes it was small ,but we were aware of that when we booked..For a room in this area we definately got what we needed at a resonable price...we had a great trip..& we would stay there again....

  Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. We were there for only one night on our way to NYC. This was perfect for a one night stay. Btw beaches are a short drive away. Shops are across the street - The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure of the shower was nice and the water was extremely hot.
