  Very comfortable, elegant hotel in the heart of SoHo, brilliant for shopping and eating out. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, and we did not feel out of place with our 4 boys aged 11-20. It was expensive, but then everything in New York is expensive! The breakfasts were very good (but not included).The hotel is near several subway s... what people say » tations so it is really easy to get around. - This hotel is almost so perfect, so it becomes in fact boring. How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.

  Travelling as family with two older children 21 and 18, we chose the one bedroom suite with two double beds (most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in). The suite also had a bed settee in the lounge area. The suite was spacious and very comfortable with super TV's in bedroom and lounge, not that we spent much time watching the tv! Bathroom... what people say » had all the facilities we required. Kitchenette also had adaquate facilties, which we only used for a light breakfast and coffee. We used the fridge - From the moment we entered the kimberly hotel in new york we were greeted with smiles from the receptionist. Our plane arrived in early so we knew check in was at around 3 o clock. So we were prepared to drop our bags and head off to check out the sights but to our surprise the room was ready for us when we got there which was fantastic. Really from there on the staff were great they even sent me up a birthday cake for my birthday:-) The hotel was beautiful the bed was amazing so cosy and soft.

  Good location. Easy access off of the highway. Close to the VA Medical Center and U of Buffalo. We had a king room and it was huge. Not fancy but everything was clean and in good working order. Wifi was free and worked well. Breakfast was adequate. Close to many restauraunts. Good value for the money. - The staff was very friendly.   We stayed in a 1Bedroom Apartment for overnight. The place was well maintained and clean and surroundings peaceful. There were good number of restaurants which were quite close to the hotel. We wish we could have stayed there for more time to enjoy the hotel. - Reasonable distance from the airport and shopping area.Excellent Breakfast
