  Professionalism and very knowledgeable front desk clerk. He informed us of all the good stuff like when breakfast was and where to go, even without us asking! It was great. Also, beautiful decor and rooms. Super comfortable bedding and amenities. Will definitely return even though it was a bit far from our main location. Mileage says 15 miles, but... what people say » in my mind we were thinking highway miles. Turns out to be curvy mountain roads, but still definitely worth the drive. - Best shower head ever.   Great location right off the highway. The staff was nice and helpful. Pool and hot tub was very nice. The pool wasn't super cold which was a good surprise as some of the pools are ice cold.   Front desk staff was very patient and so very helpful. Helped me figure out how to get my rental car back - even though construction was taking place on the roads. Also, the breakfast was great! A very friendly atmosphere at all times. The hotel is situated in a good downtown location and you can walk to the main attraction - the Arch. There are several restaurants nearby although the hotel has a good restaurant also.
