Front desk staff was very patient and so very helpful. Helped me figure out how to get my rental car back - even though construction was taking place on the roads. Also, the breakfast was great! A very friendly atmosphere at all times. My room was very large and had I been traveling with others or for a longer time it was set up like a miniature home and would have been comfortable. The rooms were clean and the staff very accommodating. The free breakfast is a nice touch. And we spent a day at their pool. And the shuttle to the airport was very welcomed. It is very convenient for Worlds of Fun and shopping.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and perfect for the amount Of money. The free shuttle was perfect for traveling to and from the airport. It was close to the airport, and the staff was very friendly. The shuttle to and from the airport was great. The rooms were clean, it served my purpose for this trip. Convenient for stay prior to an early departure or late arrival at MCI. When the front desk had to pick someone up at the airport, the hotel was left unattended. Once the area is built up more and dining options more available, this will be a great location. They didn't have healthy options at the continental breakfast. But I was free. So it was fine. The Wi-Fi went down shortly after I arrived, and it never came back on. The lamps by the nignt stand was unpluged when I arrived, I plugged it back up, but it still didn't work. There wasn't any restaurants around the hotel. The hall way had a foul smell in it when I exited the elevator. It's fine for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't stay several night here. No eating options other than delivery if not driving. It was all okay. Needs some updating, a little worn but not dirty etc. It is obvious it is kept up. Their parking lot for customers flying out of town for trips is extremely small. For our one week trip, we had to park on a grassy area, away from the hotel, its parking lot next to a busy street. We were relieved when the car was OK after our trip. was not parking space to leave our car. facility was too noisy with kids running around and screaming. My room must have been over the pool area. Could use more parking. Neighbors too noise thin walls. No dislikes. The only problem was a broken chair in the room, but when staff was notified, it was replaced within 10 minutes. That the indoor "heated" pool was very cold and wish there would have been a hot tub. The staff seemed kind of uptight and not overly friendly. But we were there for just a few hours, and really didn't have that much interaction with them. Nothing. Breakfast could improve. Elevator wasn't working first day we arrived but was fixed by the next morning. Night hotel staff was visiting with a transvestite prostitute for a couple of hours on Saturday night. Most of the staff didn't speak English very well and was at times a little rude. The one American that worked there was extremely nice and helpful. Pool closes at 10. N/A. When we made our reservation we paid the requested $5.00 for parking our car during our trip from KCI. When we checked in we were informed there was not a parking spot available -no "I'm sorry" or refund of our deposit. When we checked out we had to wait for someone to come from I don't know where to complete the checkout process. Both bed headboard light fixtures were bent. When I got into the shower after walking upon the carpet my feet/the water was black from the filth in the carpet. My room was diagonally behind the front desk and at 7:30ish the manager/owner was raising his voice at the male clerk. His loudness woke us up! I got dressed and told him so and no apology was offered!! (Whether the customer was right or wrong is inconsequential). CHildren running up and down stairs, noisy, needs upgrades. Although there was a free breakfast, it was all carbs! It would have been nice to offer, fruit and even hard boiled eggs. The bathroom needed some work and it needs some updates to the rooms. Hot and cold water on vanity is backward. Switch hoses under vanity. Room 210 Was going to take a dip in he pool when we returned at 10:15pm and pool was closed. Could not get back in till 10am next day but could not stay long because we had to be out of the motel by 11am. Why does it have to close except for an hou or so of maint each day. Breakfast... Rather have some scrambled eggs and some better waffle batter. Add oatmeal to cereal. Hard to find, not visible from main road, local directions given to us did not match road signs. Recommend everyone do a mapquest search to find it. No iron in the room, so I had to call front desk at 11pm when I got to the room. Coffee pot in room didn't work, and I had to leave early in the am. No ice machine on the 3rd floor. Minimal choice of food for breakfast, no fresh fruit something healthy. First room put in was dirty beds not made just a mess , then puts me on first floor next to the ice machine, kept me up all night, the doors to the hallways from outside didn't lock, the key pad entry didn't work , you could just walk in hotel, didn't feel safe.... I was a woman traveling solo , not enjoyable. Ac did not work in either room. We purchased (2) rooms. Would not accept my aaa discount @ check-out. The building was dirty, our room was dirty, there was blood on our blanket, we had to show the clerk. the pool was tiny. there were drunk people harrassing my kids in the pool. the room was very tiny, disgusting, and very uncomfortable. i would never ever reccomend to anyone. front desk is never there, instead they leave notes to tell you they went to airport. My stay at the Days Inn was horrible. The rooms smelled as if they hadn't been cleaned, and there was towels left in tub from prior guests. The following morning my wife and I awoke to take showers before our flight and there was hair all over the tub, towels that were hung up and the toilet. My wife and I was discussed with the filth, and did not enjoy our stay. I notified the front desk of this and was told they would note the problem.When we got there they didn't even have all of our rooms that we resvered and then they gave us another room the paper works said it was like 359 for 3 rooms turned out to be like 426 so like a 119 more then what we had planed then when we got back they turned one of our room off so the keys didn't work this place was not worth the money at all and the services are crap.
