  Professionalism and very knowledgeable front desk clerk. He informed us of all the good stuff like when breakfast was and where to go, even without us asking! It was great. Also, beautiful decor and rooms. Super comfortable bedding and amenities. Will definitely return even though it was a bit far from our main location.   We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable of the area and recommended some wonderful places. Staff was great and took care of us to the best of their ability on our time schedule since we don't let anyone in our room when we have our pet with us.   Great location right off the highway. The staff was nice and helpful. Pool and hot tub was very nice. The pool wasn't super cold which was a good surprise as some of the pools are ice cold.   Front desk staff was very patient and so very helpful. Helped me figure out how to get my rental car back - even though construction was taking place on the roads. Also, the breakfast was great! A very friendly atmosphere at all times.   We liked the view from the 24th Floor. It was right below the rooftop bar, but it was not too loud to keep us awake. At check-in we were given free breakfast and internet, because the 24th floor was the only available room. Also the rooftop restaurant was a nice touch. This was my fiancées first time in st.louis so I wanted to spoil her and the Hilton definitely helped with that!

  This hotel I well maintained and everywhere is of a high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car park is across from the hotel and clean and safe. The hotel is situated in a good downtown location and you can walk to the main attraction - the Arch. There are several restaurants nearby although the hotel has a good restaurant also.
