Staff was great and took care of us to the best of their ability on our time schedule since we don't let anyone in our room when we have our pet with us.   We liked the view from the 24th Floor. It was right below the rooftop bar, but it was not too loud to keep us awake. At check-in we were given free breakfast and internet, because the 24th floor was the only available room.
