Location to venue (Scotte trade center) was perfect! Used the valet parking and room service all pleasant employees and rooms were spacious and clean. I would definitely stay there again. The staff was very helpful. The room was perfectly situated for us--2 adults and 4 kids. The kids had their own room, and there was a pull-out sofa bed for the adults.

The rooms were very spacious, staff was nice. Pool was nice size. Staff was great ver helpfull, very clean. Beds were comfortable. I don't like to use elevators so I had to exit the hotel and walk thru the parking garage to get to and from my room using the stairwell.. The extra charge for the portable crib. Food/ breakfest & afternoon snacks- we paid and they had not enough food so we ended up paying not eating and having to leave hotel to go get food. Pool was not heated like advertised Not enough food choices in hotel. It needs resterants or snack bar. Did not like having to pay for parking , parking for 1 car should be included in each room. resterant hours, paying for parking. I did not like the area as there were no places to go and have a meal or drink within walking distance. The area around the hotel also felt unsafe. Bar waitress was unattentive. We left shortly thereafter. Stains everywhere!! Ive stayed in nicer holiday inn expresses than Sheraton,. Not worth the costs!!.
