  We go to The Ford and Greenfield Village several times a year. This hotel has a shuttle to both and the airport. It is clean, comfortable and the staff are always very nice and helpful.   If I ever go to Houghton again I would definitely stay there. I loved everything about it. The staff was superb, rooms clean. They offer you free breakfast and drinks daily.   We did not book directly through Best Western so when we arrived, we discovered our room did not have a balcony but a patio instead. Told the management of our displeasure and they moved us to the 3rd floor the next day. We appreciated the accomodation. Once moved, we were very happy to have a private balcony.
