A truly enjoyable experience. We arrived at 11:30am for a 3pm check-in and were able to get a room (with a river view) right away. The room was clean and so comfortable. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets right in the room. The location is perfect for an evening downtown and parking is convenient. Or never leave the hotel

We could walk out of our room onto the beach. The staff was more than accommodating in every possible aspect. The staff was friendly and polite. The facility was clean with a well-maintained beach. Breakfasts were more than I expected. Pretty much continental style with a lot more choices. Kid friendly with arcade and indoor swimming pool. All around, it was a very enjoyable experience for my wife and me.

What customer service - it made a terrific difference to my day as I had a tight evening schedule. We go to The Ford and Greenfield Village several times a year. This hotel has a shuttle to both and the airport. It is clean, comfortable and the staff are always very nice and helpful. A lot of work has gone into updating it, but also keeping it's charm. -
