  The people at the Front Desk were beyond respectful. The beds were so comfortable, and the room was very cozy. The Television is not perfect resolution, but to have a nice size flat screen in the room was a bonus. My son stuck something in the heater which caused it to stop working, and the Manager was perfectly fine with it.   Location is awesome. Right next to a large Meijers store. This was a stop over for us, we were travelling north. Staff are always friendly and my granddaughter loves the pool. This makes for a great relax time after a day of travelling.

We had to leave a day early and they gave no problems about refunding our money for a night that we already paid for. - Great location to downtown and shops.
