The people at the Front Desk were beyond respectful. The beds were so comfortable, and the room was very cozy. The Television is not perfect resolution, but to have a nice size flat screen in the room was a bonus. My son stuck something in the heater which caused it to stop working, and the Manager was perfectly fine with it. Did not get upset, and gladly took care of the problem without charging anything extra like some hotels would do. The shower was nice and spacious as well. The hotel is ex.

We missed breakfast because we had to be at the airport before 6 Am. nothing. Shower door needed some work. Had to wait 40minutes for schuttle , to long of a wait ,. A/C didn't work right, you can hear thru the walls so I had to listen to the people in rooms around us all night. No bathtub!! Hallways were dirty. Staff was very unprofessional and almost ruined our stay. The pool seemed dirty, and the breakfast area was very small. Room and hotel were not very clean. The breakfast area was a mess. The worker did not keep up. I wiped up juice and other things on the floor myself. The garbage containers were covered in food from people dumping their garbage. The eggs were terrible and the breads were very picked over without being replenished. Coffee in hall was never hot. Hot tub was not very hot at all. Hallway was very noisy. Carpets worn and dirty. Tables for breakfast sticky and no obvious attendant. No air conditioning in the hallways. size of room. The inexperienced staff in hospitality field. Housekeeping opened door on me in bra-underwear, front desk apparently didn't even have record that we had been put in the room the night before (scary), first room we were sent to was not made up @ 5 P.M.!! Shall I go on?. There was no bathtub in my room. Our room was supposed to be a king bed, had a bed that was maybe a full one. Was put in a handicap room. Bathroom was not very clean!!! My husband who is 6'6" and I'm 5'7" couldn't see in the mirror in bathroom. I do understand why mirror was so low. Just was not a good experience. Needs updating. Did not sleep well because of size of bed and uncleanness. No warning before check-in that pool was closed!.
