For the price it had everything I expected and more. While small the spa area and exercise area were superior and the staff GREAT. I just wish it opened earlier than 9 am. The staff was very good as was the business center ( small but adequate). I would stay t here again and would recommend it to others.

The personalized service was amazing. Upon our arrival, we wrote it was our first time to the city. The concierge hand wrote a welcome card and included a map with highlighted areas we must see WITH a detailed (again handwritten) explanation of each place corresponding to color print outs of the sites. Ideally situated for everything. In Union Square in 2 minutes and easy access to all forms of transport. Staff were friendly and helpful and the diner next door excellent. Everything on the doorstep. Being in the city centre meant it was noisy at night but earplugs were provided. We slept very well without resorting to them. Very happy with it all and thoroughly recommend the hotel.
