... what people say » n with the cityview was a nice way to begin my day - The rooms were very clean and very fresh feeling with large full wall windows. The daily maid service was impeccable and the staff were all very pleasant. The wi-fi worked well and was free though not quite fast enough to take large downloads like movie files well. An excellent value for the money in a very convenient location just 10-15 minutes walk to Union Square at a fraction of the price.

Ideally situated for everything. In Union Square in 2 minutes and easy access to all forms of transport. Staff were friendly and helpful and the diner next door excellent. Everything on the doorstep. Being in the city centre meant it was noisy at night but earplugs were provided. We slept very well without resorting to them. Very happy with it all and thoroughly recommend the hotel.

There is no negative thing i would mention.
The room was new and clean. Breakfest ok. Really good position of the hotel is just perfect (about 10min to the Town Hall)! The park place is small but all the guests found a place while we were there.
And finally yes, there are some homeless people arround the hotel, but we didn´t feel uncomfortable or

Location is central a little the wrong side of town but this is why it is cheap I thnk if you can go along with the crazies around its fine.
