  For the price it had everything I expected and more. While small the spa area and exercise area were superior and the staff GREAT. I just wish it opened earlier than 9 am. The staff was very good as was the business center ( small but adequate). I would stay t here again and would recommend it to others. Rick Brown - Staff were very friendly... what people say » and most helpful. The room was comfortable, the decor was interesting and bonuses for me were free internet and plenty of electrical outlets. It was in a perfect location for conference at a Union Square hotel as well as shopping and entertainment. I'd definitely stay there again. Loved it.

  There is no negative thing i would mention. The room was new and clean. Breakfest ok. Really good position of the hotel is just perfect (about 10min to the Town Hall)! The park place is small but all the guests found a place while we were there. And finally yes, there are some homeless people arround the hotel, but we didn´t feel uncomfortable or... what people say » unsafety at all. We would recommend this hotel mainly for young people and travellers. - Close to our destination - walking distance. The staff was very helpful. Gave us walking instructions to our intended destination. Also pointed out alternate transportation solutions and approximate costs.

  Location is central a little the wrong side of town but this is why it is cheap I thnk if you can go along with the crazies around its fine. My initial anxiety about the location disappeared quickly. My room was cozy, in the basement, and turned out to be very quiet. Bed comfortable, room clean. I had fresh air from a window on an inner courtyard, and even with the window open could hardly hear traffic. Hotel was fairly quiet, overall.
