  Everything. Jan and Ela are such a wonderful couple who make you feel like home. They really take care of your during your stay at Gustavus. They picked us at the airport when we arrived, they gave us great tips about the area, they prepared a delicious dinner and an energetic breakfast (this last one is included in the room price). We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Gustavus. - Our flight was delayed and we couldn't get to our campground before the last orientation (required to stay at the campground). So we booked whatever room available as soon as we landed in Gustavus. They called us immediately asking if we needed a shuttle and provided a ride for us to the campground the next morning. Everyone was extremely nice, the bed we had was very comfortable and the breakfast they offered was delicious.

  Everyone at the hotel was really nice. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were. They will also pay for your taxi to and from the airport which is a nice bonus! - breakfast, free HBO, location, rooms, free taxi to train station, no problems.

  We arrived late at night (2 AM) on a flight and had parked at Dimond Parking across the street. The Microtel was inexpensive, convenient, and completely suited our needs for a one-night late night stay. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. The staff there is exceptional.The general manager has been there for years, is a good leader, and also drives the shuttle!   Very good shuttle service to and from the airport, made life very easy. Bags could be stored for collection at a later date which made travelling a lot easier as we didn't have to take all our camping stuff when visiting other places. Bed very comfortable and all amenities with coffee making machine in room. - Compared to other hotels in the area, I liked that it was budget- friendly. We stayed at the hotel to meet up with our tour group. Your front desk clerk was extremely professional and helpful when we stayed the night of June 15, 2013. Would stay again when we are in Anchorage. The staff is an asset to your hotel.
