Everything. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming.I just love the setting. The hotel was nice and our room was just like a room at a Holiday Inn; it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. There was a deli right next door and a liquor store on the other side. There were also a large grocery store and diner (good food and reasonable prices) nearby. The hotel is two blocks from Port Authority . It is a great location. I felt the area was safe.
