This place was fantastic! We stayed only one night and my only regret is that we didn't stay the whole week. It was a little bit of a drive to the strip but it is worth it. stay was quiet with easy access to any where we wanted to go. Shopping

Room was spacious, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, shuttle to prime outlets was great, marketplace store had just what you might want or need, good soundproofing. Also, discounts for local attractions were a bonus. We also appreciated being close to, but not ON the strip. Really convenient location, without all the Vegas craziness right in your lobby.

We had an excellent stay at Blue Green 36 Resort !!! Our room was on the 7th floor, with a beautiful view of the Strip !!! Our deluxe suite was clean, and comfortable !!! Love the walk in shower !!! The staff were all friendly, and our room was serviced everyday !!! I am extremely pleased with Blue Green, and look forward to staying there again in the future !!!
