This is our second stay at the resort on this 3 month trip. On our first stay we rated the appartment as 4 stars on Australian standards. On our second stay we were upgraded to an even better apartment. We can't wait to see what we get on our next stay. Basically it is hard not to classify everything as excellent, apartment, pool area, staff and location. Excellent value for money, probably 4 star appartments with a full range of utilities. Within walking distance of the Las Vegas strip. Free shuttle to centre of Strip. Clean, spacious appartments with quality furniture and kitchen facilities. Hard to find fault. Food supermarket could be closer!.
all reviews » The bartenders were fun We loved the black jack at the bar The staff was amazing The pools and hot tubs were so clean Our room was SO clean and comfortable we didn't want to leave to go to our conference lol! My king bed was the most comfortable bed I'v ever had in a hotel. The condo was so clean and pleasant. We didn't end up using the kitchenette, except for snacks and water and chilling pops, but it was nice. We did use the washer and drier and they were great to have in a room to do a load before moving onto another hotel on our trip. Units were appropriately sized and furnished. Convenience to the strip. Game room for the grandchildren and extra treats. Lighting and super mirror in the bathroom--also wide shower rod. The pull out couch was unusually comfortable and solid as a bed. Very clean room, stocked with everything we needed plus a clothes washer and dryer ! This was perfect for our family weekend in Vegas... off the strip, but close enough to walk to see the sights. Staff is very helpful and friendly!. Very clean and relaxing. Had a great time, had a leak in bathroomfirst night but was quickly fixed. Fiancee's birthday and got free bottle of champagne. Overall excellent stay. I love the location right off the strip. the parking is excellent because it's right by the doors and close to the evelators. NO CASINO AND NO SMOKING!! which is awesome.!!. I really like staying at Wyndham, it's beautiful. This is the 2nd time that we've stayed there. We liked the customer service, it was clean and the price was reasonable. Immaculate rooms, fantastic staff who went out of their way to help where possible. Swimming pool areas fabulously maintained and spotless. Great value for money. Full kitchen to eat in room as desired. Off strip one block, close but quiet. Free shuttle to strip but also close enough to walk. Very accomdating staff. Really enjoyed the resort. Nice rooms and pools. The warm welcome. no smoking, the shuttle service, the kitchen, the washer,dryer. was nice to have bus to take us down town. We cannot fault the resort on any aspect. They only clean your room every 4 days if you're a club member. However, they will bring you anything if you call the front desk. It was hard to get around in the family room with the sofa bed pulled out. Suggestion: The entry hall to units is rather dark and bland. Add a full length mirror and classy coat rack to brighten it up and give even more convenience for the guests. Seems like lots of walking and crossovers to get to each tower with its facilities. Need more jacuzzi spas. One of the elevators didn't function properly, wouldn't open on our floor. Had to exit on a different floor and take a different elevator. They were pushing the "sale tour". you might and take a look at the furniture to make sure that it is not so worn. One bedroom appartment isnt big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers as sofa bed too small and uncomfortable. We were upgraded to 2 bed when I explained that I had specifically requested accomdation suitable for our family and staff were more than agreeable. Pressure to listen to their timeshare presentation. The pull out bed was not comfortable. Mattress was very thin. I did not let hotel staff know of this problem, it might have been corrected?. Coffee cart not operating one morning; game room games should be comped. Need more on site restaurants. Wireless in room kept dropping signal. Other than that, no complaints at all. Everything perfect :). Check in / Checkout. This is a very large complex with three towers. There was 1 bellman for each tower at 10:00 am on a Monday during a very busy convention weekend. Customer service needs work!!. Wifi not very reliable. Nothing. Not one thing. over aggressive sales pitch for sale of timeshares. Unable to turn off the air from the ceiling vent in my bedroom. The fan switch did not seem to work in turning the airflow off.--Tower 3-room 973. Shower pressure poor. Cleaning lady didn't come every day. There was a lot of pressure to do their timeshare presentation. Had I known this was a feature I would have chosen another location. I live in town and I am single so I have no need for a Vegas timeshare. I will never stay at this property again and I will caution friends. Parking short availability. they should offer A least A continental buffet. Shuttle should be able to run longer and provide more stops. A little far from the strip. Location Room service (only btw 3 -9). Time share pressure all the time! We couldn't get our parking pass without a lady bullying us to take free stuff. 3 calls to our room for timeshare! No proper eating facilities. electric stove, no blue ray just DVD player, bath tub is too small. our room was not vaccumed, my daughter got glass in her footx2,the nadjoining room was noisy,their cooking smelled& I would swear they were smoking pot. small for price. was nice to have washer and dryer in room..
