  I think it depends on the time of day you check in, to how quickly it all happens. Having been here once before you learn a few tricks. I dropped the family off at the entrance so they could get in the queue to check in. By the time I'd parked the car round the back (in the massive free car park) and walked back through the hotel they were at the ... what people say » front of the queue. As in all big Vegas hotels it's generally a mile and half walk to your room which usually means a walk through the casino (if you - I liked the fact that everyone did there own thing. No one checking up on what you doing! And when told the house keeper we were in there she left away! Also we left for a whole day came back at night and found our room to be super spotless! Her name was Silvia! Great job! :) the people at the casino very friendly and told us about LAX! Service/employees/and the guest were no problem to us! Great experience!

  I upgraded my room after seeing "ask about a room upgrade" on the video monitor when I checked in. For an extra $20 a nite I got a huge newly remodeled room with a jacuzzi tub.   This place was fantastic! We stayed only one night and my only regret is that we didn't stay the whole week. It was a little bit of a drive to the strip but it is worth it. Besides you can park for free at most of the hotels on the strip so you don't really have to stay there. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The pool area and lifeguards couldn't of been nicer and involved with our little guy who couldn't get enough of the slide. We only live 86 miles away and we'll be back j - This is my second time staying here and both times have been a wonderful experience. The rooms are great and we loved that the bathroom had a spa tub and there was a kitchen fully equipped for your choice to cook or not. The pool is great and the bar/café is a nice place to hang and have some cocktails. We really enjoyed Debbie (behind the bar) she is a hoot...had some laughs with her. We highly recommend this resort!
