  Room was very clean and spacious. Although the restaurant was not yet operational I found the staff very courteous and professional. - pleasant surprise, 3 mo old hotel. Staff very courteous. Room nice and fresh, amenities nice. Free wifi internet was fast.

  Our stay at the Marina Hotel was very pleasant! The staff was incredible nice with us. The location is quite good, near the marina and other good bars. The hotel has shuttles to the beach and the dubai mall. We booked the desert safari with the agency located in the hotel and it was really good. They allowed us to keep the luggage there for one da... what people say » y and use the facilities for the next day before we leave. The airport pick up service is good as well. - We stayed in a studio apartment which had a kitchen and we found this useful for making our own breakfast. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and the sheets changed every day. It looked out on the busy Sheikh Zayed highway but the traffic noise was very muted. I would consider this hotel very good value for money. It is walking distance from the Metro, Dubai marina and beach.

  I travel to the UAE often and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Great for business and a holiday alike. Imagine having a bath looking out to the Dubai skyline. Book on... what people say » the Internet to get great prices, it was not cheap when I called but the rates on the internet are amongst the best I have seen for a good hotel - th - This was my second stay at the hotel and just as last time everything was working perfectly fine. Perfect location, smooth check-in and check-out, very nice pool and fitness facilities. During the cooler months you can walk to JBR Walk, which is only 10-15 minutes away, or you can take a stroll on the Marina Walk, which is just outside the hotel. Being connected with the Marina Mall there is plenty of shopping and dining facilities close by if you don't want to have your meals at the hotel.

It's in the middle of the wonderful jbr which is full of coffee shops, restaurants, merchandises, .... etc. 2) The breakfast buffet is memorable experience! the offered food, the place, the service, everything was perfect! 3) You feel the staff professionalism when you check-in, or call for a service, till you check-... what people say » out. I need to mention the name of "Danyal" who was so kind in even choosing the words he spoke. 4) The rel - We booked for a twin bed but when we arrived the hotel was fully booked! I felt so disappointed but the manger came to as and gave as a room for that night in another movenpick hotel and arranged everything for us and the hotel lemo toke us there,,after coming back the next day we got an upgrade for bigger room with free breakfast and free access to the lounge,,the hotel staff was friendly and they were always asking if we need any help and they were updated with any order we made..

  The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. When we arrived we were led to a resting area while the receptionist checked us in. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

  We liked the space in the apartment, the full kitchen, big bedrooms, several bathrooms and the washer and dryer. It was nice to have our own "apartment" but within the security of a hotel. It was cleaned on a daily basis. There were some basic supplies there when we arrived, including some food, dishwashing and laundry supplies. We almost never had to get into a car, which is important as Dubai traffic is worsening. So, this creates a peaceful area - This is my second stay at this amazing hotel. Of course not the last one. Location and view marina are the best . The furniture color ,cleanness and design make you happy even if you are not . Professional and friendly staff . If you stay at this hotel , believe me you don't need to leave the area ,cuz everythings you need around you. I recommend this hotel to my self and everyone .

  I called from Canada to ask if they could save a copy of the Khallej Times because I wanted to see the business ad I had placed before my arrival. I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days.   Our stay was excellent and extremely enjoyable from check in to check out. Excellent value for money and we will definitely stay with the hotel again in the future. - The beach was amazing...very clean and well organized placement of the reclining chairs; the beach bar service was spot on, and great access to water sports.
