Room was very clean and spacious. Although the restaurant was not yet operational I found the staff very courteous and professional. - pleasant surprise, 3 mo old hotel. Staff very courteous. Room nice and fresh, amenities nice. Free wifi internet was fast.

Our stay at the Marina Hotel was very pleasant! The staff was incredible nice with us. The location is quite good, near the marina and other good bars. The hotel has shuttles to the beach and the dubai mall. We booked the desert safari with the agency located in the hotel and it was really good. They allowed us to keep the luggage there for one da

We stayed in a studio apartment which had a kitchen and we found this useful for making our own breakfast. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and the sheets changed every day. It looked out on the busy Sheikh Zayed highway but the traffic noise was very muted. I would consider this hotel very good value for money. It is walking distance from the Metro, Dubai marina and beach.

I travel to the UAE often and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Great for business and a holiday alike. Imagine having a bath looking out to the Dubai skyline. This was my second stay at the hotel and just as last time everything was working perfectly fine. Perfect location, smooth check-in and check-out, very nice pool and fitness facilities. During the cooler months you can walk to JBR Walk, which is only 10-15 minutes away, or you can take a stroll on the Marina Walk, which is just outside the hotel. Being connected with the Marina Mall there is plenty of shopping and dining facilities close by if you don't want to have your meals at the hotel.

* Staff were welcoming, always friendly and helpful.

The location, 5 mins to the public beach and right on "The Walk", full of shops, restaurants and hotels. Easy to get taxis and the shuttle for the Big Bus tour (outside the Movenpick hotel). Supermarket right next door, handy for breakfast items.
Lovely apartment, very comfortable bed, clean and modern. Swimming pool next door.

The staff were very hospitable, the room facility was excellent, the sorrounding, the food selection all were really good . The most joyfull of it all was the beach and the beach facility. H τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου, πάρα πολύ καλή. Έμεινα σε δωμάτιο executive και με εντυπωσίασαν οι παροχές σε σχέση με την τιμή και η εξαιρετική προθυμία όλου του προσωπικού. -
1) The location is amazing! It's in the middle of the wonderful jbr
which is full of coffee shops, restaurants, merchandises, .... etc.

3) You feel the staff professionalism when you check-in, or call for a service, till you check-out. They are very well trained on hospitality. I need to mention the name of "Danyal" who was so kind in even choosing the words he spoke.

We booked for a twin bed but when we arrived the hotel was fully booked!
I felt so disappointed but the manger came to as and gave as a room for
that night in another movenpick hotel and arranged everything for us and
the hotel lemo toke us there,,after coming back the next day we got an
upgrade for bigger room with free breakfast and free access to the
lounge,,the hotel staff was friendly and they were always asking if we
need any help and they were updated with any order we made..

The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt.

I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a
stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out
of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service.
The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is
absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and
grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

We liked the space in the apartment, the full kitchen, big bedrooms, several bathrooms and the washer and dryer. It was nice to have our own "apartment" but within the security of a hotel. This "Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Residence" is great I love it.
