It was value for money in all means.The Hotel management have done a great job by keeping staffs who treats customers with good manners. The best thing is they won't charge your credit card in name of pre-authorization. In total I will give a 10 out of 10 to this Hotel without any doubt. -

Very Good Rate, Big room, comfortale, clean, quite city, near middle between Al-Sharjha, Dubai, Umalquwain & Ras-AlKhaima -
Staff is friendly and co-operative. Pool is very clean and its fun having sheesha near poolside.

They have a good room and excellent breakfast. In general food is exclent.
24 hrs secured due to security cam.
I have a great stay, evev though far from my site. -
Lots of space. Good wifi signal. Nice deco. Hard beds but I liked it.. good position. But hard to find at first.

Service met een glimlach met het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam te allen tijde. Kamers luxe dus niet nodig om uit onderneming als roomservice een telefoontje verwijderd. Zeer ruime appartementen zo geweldig voor de kinderen, veel ruimte voor een groot gezin. Locatie was geweldig en makkelijk voor taxi aan de deur. Supermarkt, restaurants

I stayed at this hotel several times when it was called Landmark Suites. I always loved the location right by the beach, but the hotel was showing its age. Now under the new management, Ramada is making all the necessary repairs and replacement and cleaning it up very nicely. The price is good, staff are courteous and wifi is available everywhere in the hotel for free. I would love to visit again.

From the moment we stepped out of the car when we arrived the staff were
friendly & welcoming. Each day of our 5 day stay, they all greeted
us with smiles and called us by name. In particular, the front of house
Manager, Mr Ahmed Gaafar, Reception staff Sharon, Elena, Valerya to name
but a few, went that extra mile to make our stay as special

The hotel opening at the end of 2012 and is in its "soft start up" phase gradually receruiting and training staff and opening up facilities. By the summer of 2013 it should be up to speed. The staff are very hrlpful and friendly and the food at the buffet resaurant (the only one open) was excellent.

Wifi everywhere including beach...fantastic service..rooms wereamazing with the comfiest beds ever! Even asked for a smoothie at breakfast and they arranged to have one made for me!

Everything, such wonderful and courteous staff, very obliging and ready to make you comfortable. The rooms were clean. The breakfast and lunch was good and the price is very reasonable.
