The hotel is very conveniently placed for travelling throughout Dubai, and reaching all attractions. In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. The location is a bit awkward because of the construction, but this is not the fault of the hotel and one of Dubai's biggest malls is within five minutes' walk.

The staff were very helpful in every aspect and were very nice and were very attentive and responsive to all our requests. The hotel was very stylish and very comfortable and breakfast was very nice with a lot of healthy and everyday breakfast selections to suit everyones taste.

(1) The staff are knowledgable and quick to answer any question or request. (2) I love the idea of the little snack shop where you can get salads, sandwiches, and snacks for those times you don't feel like eating at the restaurant or even ordering room service. Or when you don't have time for breakfast, you can grab something from there to eat in the car on the way to your appointments. The lobby was comfy, the view and the designes were beautiful, also the

A new new hotel, open 4 days. Beautiful hotel. Great location short taxi ride from Jumeriah Beach ares. Staff were fantastic. I would definitley stay again! - The whole experience was great and your staff are a real credit.

The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next
day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight
desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and
letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms

Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

The staff of Coral Al Khoory Apartments are very friendly and helpful. The apartment was luxurious and suited our family perfect, as it had 2 rooms with twin beds and not the usual double beds, as well as, boasting a massive master-bedroom - travelling with 3 teenagers this was important. The staff were friendly and obliging. We had to call housekeeping for a few items, and they were prompt and helpful.
The apartment was spacious (we had an executive suite). The kitchen was stocked, although it would have been nice to have some kitchen towels and dish soap to do the dishes rather than leave them for housekeeping.
We used the metro during most of our weekend, but taxis were easy to find. The hotel is within walking distance (3 minutes) to Sharaf Metro Station, and within walkin

I was very comfortable with this hotel; It has a wonderful service, luxury rooms, along with an amazing view of Dubai.

I have been several times to dubai but this was the best trip just because of this hotel as the location is really good its just a km away from shaikh zayed road and their are markets and eating places near the hotel plus the hotel is clean staff is friendly and no noise nothing and value for money ill recommend every one for this hotel and ill for sure visit this hotel again

The staff made our stay at Citymax very enjoyable. The reception staff were very helpful on arrival and friendly. Excellent location. Right beside the Mall of Emirates and stop for the hop on bus tour. The room was clean and comfortable accomodating our needs. There was construction work being carried out outside the hotel which seems to be happening in most areas around the city, but we were woken quite early. Just something to be aware of. We went both for business and medical reasons so we located ourselves to the nearest hotel to the Saudi German hospital. The staff were as caring as nursing staff. I lived in Dubai before, so I know city more or less. This hotel is comfy if you have a car or plan to use taxi. What I liked about the place was a lot of space in the rooms. There was living room and kitchen and bedroom. I could cook if I wanted, very convenient. Sheets were changed every day and bed was very big, very good night sleep every night. Internet excess and business center to fax, print or scan papers if you are on the business trip is available.
